Data Analyst I
Responsibilities
- 📊 Perform deep-dive analysis to unpack insights and recommend solutions to business problems for the Crash and Claims team
- 📈 Translate ambiguous questions into data-driven recommendations
- 📉 Develop an in-depth understanding of business performance and share strategic insights with senior leadership to influence decision-making
- 📋 Become the data subject matter expert on agent and team performance for the Crash and Claims team,building deep domain expertise and establishing the source of truth reporting
- 📊 Create and implement various analytics projects to inform strategy with company leadership, including the development of reports, dashboards, and scripts/automations
- 🔄 Collaborate cross-functionally with Crash and Claims Operations, Data Infrastructure and other internal reporting teams to build comprehensive, cross-functionally aligned reporting solutions
- 📝 Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data
- 🐍 Use Python for data transformation, automation, and model development
- 📈 Identify, plan, and execute projects and root cause analyses to improve existing processes
- 📊 Build dashboards and reporting, primarily in Tabaleau
Skills
- 3 years of work experience in finance analytics, business analytics, data analytics, or within a similar field
- Experience with Tableau and/or a similar data visualization tool
- Experience with SQL
- Bachelor's Degree

- 💼 For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$102,000 per year - USD$113,000 per year
