HR Data Analyst
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards for headcount, turnover, and workforce metrics.
- Perform labor modeling and trend analysis to support workforce planning.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for HR leadership and Finance.
- Conduct market compensation analysis and maintain accurate position management data.
- Optimize HR systems and reporting processes, ensuring data integrity and automation improvements.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, formulas, Power Query) for data analysis and visualization.
- Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure consistent data usage and definitions.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold data security standards.
Skills
- The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with HRIS platforms, and advanced Excel capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR reporting, HRIS analytics, or similar data roles.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, Power Query).
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as ADP Workforce Now.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
