HR Data Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards for headcount, turnover, and workforce metrics.
  • Perform labor modeling and trend analysis to support workforce planning.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for HR leadership and Finance.
  • Conduct market compensation analysis and maintain accurate position management data.
  • Optimize HR systems and reporting processes, ensuring data integrity and automation improvements.
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, formulas, Power Query) for data analysis and visualization.
  • Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure consistent data usage and definitions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold data security standards.

Skills

  • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with HRIS platforms, and advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR reporting, HRIS analytics, or similar data roles.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, Power Query).
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as ADP Workforce Now.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
