QuickBooks Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Data Import and Cleaning: This person would be responsible for taking data from 6 different Vendors Excel spreadsheets and properly formatting it for import into QuickBooks.
• Advanced QuickBooks knowledge: Familiarity with navigating vendor lists, editing pricing details, and understanding QuickBooks data structure.
• Attention to detail: Critical for accurately updating pricing information without errors.
• Analyze and manipulate data using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel to ensure accurate pricing and reporting.
• Import new Vendor Data, manipulate and correct data to be imported back into QuickBooks.
• You will be working with our Vice President.
