Technical Writer - Data Analytics

Responsibilities:

• Work with engineers, product managers, and product designers to create clear, customer-facing documentation for Metabase.
• Collaborate with Success Engineers to understand customer needs and develop best practices, guides, and tutorials.
• Become a product expert, test new features, and provide feedback.

Skills:

• 3+ years of experience writing docs for technical audiences in data analytics or related fields.
• Technical expertise in data science or data engineering.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Solid understanding of database concepts and data landscape.
• Experience with docs-as-code workflows, Markdown, and Git.
