Data Analyst (Fleet Department)
Location: Greenwood Village, CO 80111
Schedule: Mon-Thurs Onsite - Friday / WFH 40 HR/Week (Flexible Start Time)
Employment Type: Temp/Project-Based - about a month

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Fleet Data Analyst to manage and optimize our fleet's data systems and processes. This role requires a proactive individual who can quickly adapt to dynamic tasks and contribute to enhancing fleet efficiency and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Fleet Data Analyst to manage and optimize our fleet's data systems and processes

Data Management:
- Update and verify vehicle information, including insurance coverage and GPS tracking details
- Revise mileage logs, service schedules, and maintenance records
- Manage gas card systems, ensuring all assigned locations are up-to-date
- Identify vehicles for sales and ensure proper data entry into systems
Fleet Optimization:
- Track and analyze fleet data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure timely scheduling of vehicle services
System Updates:
- Ensure all systems and records are accurate and up-to-date
- Implement and manage software solutions, including Geotab (GPS tracking and maintenance scheduling) and Wex (gas card systems)
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in fleet management, data analysis, or a related role
- Proficiency in managing vehicle tracking systems (e.g., Geotab) and gas card platforms (e.g., Wex)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
- Familiarity with fleet-related software and tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proactive problem-solver who can work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with GPS tracking systems and vehicle maintenance scheduling
- Ability to start and adapt quickly to project-based tasks
