Data Analyst Strategy Consulting

Responsibilities:

Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for strategy development and decision-making.
Develop and implement data models, tools, and dashboards to support project outcomes.
Translate complex data into clear, concise visualisations and reports for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to align data analysis with broader project objectives.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy throughout the analytical process.
Contribute to the design of frameworks for monitoring and evaluating project performance over time.

Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analytics, ideally within a top-tier consulting firm or a similar professional environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools; advanced Excel skills, including modelling and data visualisation. Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Familiarity with statistical modelling and predictive analytics techniques.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly and persuasively. Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
