Redis/Valkey Database Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Help customers' DBA teams with expert assistance
• Gather relevant data and investigate issues
• Provide detailed analysis in a digestible format
• Author new blog posts and answer questions in the forum
• Create articles in the customer-facing knowledge base
• Host webinars

Skills:

• Good knowledge of Redis/Valkey and related technologies
• Experience in administering Linux-based systems
• Troubleshooting skills
• Enthusiasm to learn new technologies
• Ability to travel occasionally
• Experience working with customers in English

Qualifications:

• DBA experience with MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and Golang
