  • Create performance narratives for key KPIs and unit economics, ensuring leaders have clear, consistent readouts on what’s changing, why it’s changing, and what actions are required
  • Be the arbiter of truth for forecasting and performance measurement, aligning stakeholders on metric definitions, reconciling differences across sources, and raising the bar on analytical rigor and clarity
  • Partner deeply across the company—work hand-in-hand with Finance and influence leaders across Marketing, Product, Operations & Member Experience, Risk, and Investor Relations to align assumptions, drive accountability, and accelerate decisions
  • Scale insights and tooling—own development of dashboards, automation, and self-serve analytics (e.g., Looker/Tableau/Pigment, SQL/Python/R pipelines) that improve speed-to-insight and reduce manual effort
