Data Analyst with IAM Experience

Responsibilities:

• Design and manage the transformation of raw data into meaningful information
• Collaborate with Cyber Security IAM team
• Create logical data structures, interactive dashboards, and reports
• Gather requirements and produce metrics, dashboards, and reports

Skills:

• Experience: 7+ years in data architecture, database management, and business intelligence
• Data Modeling: Gather data analysis requirements and create desired data models, reports, and dashboards
• A working knowledge and understanding of AD and Azure AD
• Process Development: Strong knowledge of process development and business requirements management
• Data Analysis: Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Process Improvement: Ability to identify opportunities for process improvements
• Data Acquisition: Acquire data from various sources and maintain databases/data systems
• Data Visualization: Create data model flows and diagrams
• Trend Analysis: Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Independence: Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Task Management: Manage multiple tasks and assignments
• Trigger and Sequence Design: Experience in designing Oracle/SQL Server triggers and sequences

Qualifications:

• Proven working experience (7+ years) as a data analyst or business data analyst
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information
• Technical Skills: Strong experience with MS SQL, SSIS, Power BI
• Python and PowerShell are a plus
• Proven ability to create and maintain dashboards and metrics
• BBI Tools: Highly skilled in Business Intelligence tools, preferably Power BI
• Reporting: Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings
• Office 365: Working experience with Office 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)

Desired Skills:

• Prior experience in the consulting industry

Educational Qualifications & Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information systems or equivalent work experience
• Advanced degree in information security, network security or IT security preferred
