Operations Analyst, Plan Loading

Responsibilities

Perform detailed oriented work with a high level of accuracy and adherence to all QA/QC protocols
Experience with designs, builds, and configuration workflows and utilize this knowledge to develop insights into opportunities for workflow improvements
Understand aggregated configuration data to identify updates required and to measure the impact of any changes on internal operations and existing configuration
Load configuration data into the core system accurately and in a timely manner
Use internal tools and technical processes, in particular database querying and benefit or reimbursement configuration concepts
Build SQL queries and translate technical analyses into easily digestible communications to a nontechnical audience
Identify and report on any data/data infrastructure gaps, deficiencies, or irregularities
Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Other duties as assigned

Skills

1+ years of working knowledge of health plan benefit concepts (e.g., deductibles and other forms of cost sharing, etc.)
1+ years of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and/or comparable programs within the Google Docs Editors suite (e.g., Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides)
1+ years of experience manipulating and analyzing large data sets using excel or a similar database language to solve business problems
A bachelor's degree or 4 years commensurate experience
Working knowledge of medical coding concepts (e.g., CPT, HCPCs and ICD-10 coding)
Proficiency in SQL
