Database Analyst
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Design Specification for PeopleSoft HCM (Human Capital Management) application development and implementation in accordance with the Detail Technical Design (DTD) specifications
- Involved in the production & support and upgrade of the PeopleSoft HCM (HR, Benefits and Benefits Administration, Payroll) modules
- Facilitate FIT/GAP sessions for unused and new HCM 9.2 features
- Configure Outbound/Inbound Integration with different application interfaces
- Manage Data conversions, HR and Compensation related Custom Reports, Business Process configuration
- Work with key business users in testing, training and supporting business applications
- Develop testing strategies and verification scenarios along with project Scope and Requirement documents
Qualifications
- Master’s or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field plus one (1) year of experience
- May travel to unanticipated client sites throughout the US
- Experience with Waterfall, Agile, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and SDLC required
