SAP Analyst - Business Intelligence / Data Warehouse

Responsibilities

Deliver data warehouse solutions using the SAP Business Intelligence product portfolio
Establish connectivity to appropriate source systems
Adhere to and contribute towards the evolution of the defined BI strategy, target architecture, roadmap, standards and best practices
Proactively seek to continuously improve the Enterprise Business Intelligence solutions estate
Data warehouse applications and ETL capabilities that meet customer requirements
Test scripts and supporting test data
Activity and task plans
In-project status reports as required
Training, coaching & education, including supporting collateral as required
Engage with project staff and customer representatives to capture detailed customer business processes and associated reporting and analysis needs
Analyse, challenge and prioritise customer requirements to define appropriate Business Intelligence solution
Facilitate customer data cleansing activities
Define and deliver training and support as required
Resolve in-project technical issues
Provide customer support according to predefined service level agreements during warranty period
