Database Administrator(BI Analyst)

Responsibilities

• Progressive experience in reporting, business intelligence, or analytics roles
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex joins and query optimization
• Advanced expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and row-level security
• Extensive experience working with Ellucian Banner data
• Strong ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences
• Experience in higher education or large, complex enterprise environments
• Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5–7+ years of progressive experience in reporting, business intelligence, or analytics roles
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex joins and query optimization
• Advanced expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and row-level security
• Strong ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences
