  • Partner with business leaders to prioritize and execute a backlog of reporting and workflow automation requests, delivering iterative solutions that reduce manual work and improve operational throughput.
  • Identify and implement workflow and process improvements that streamline operations, especially for Production and Operations teams.
  • Rapidly prototype initial versions of analytics or digital tools to test concepts, then collaborate with the Technical Architect for full-scale integration into the enterprise data ecosystem.
  • Ask thoughtful questions and challenge assumptions to help uncover the best solutions, while working collaboratively within established processes.
  • Elevate data literacy by training end users, creating and maintaining process documentation, and proactively delivering insights to support informed decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain custom dataflows, datasets, and reporting structures based on user requirements while ensuring alignment with the source systems' architecture.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support testing, validation, and delivery of reliable BI solutions that enable data-driven insights across the organization.
  • Provide proactive insights into business challenges and opportunities, going beyond standard reporting to highlight emerging trends, risks, and areas for improvement.

Skills
