Data Migration Analyst / Data Migration Lead
Responsibilities:
- Key position within one of the largest organisations in southern hemisphere
- End-user Organization
- Engage with internal data owners and systems for data mapping
- Negotiate with stakeholders for data transformation
- Participate in data cleansing and ETL processes
- Assist with migration onto SuccessFactors cloud
Skills:
- Extensive experience as a Technical Data Analyst / Data Migration Lead OR Data Modeler within large, complex enterprises
- Experience across previous major data migrations as a senior Data Analyst
- Detailed experience across data source to target mapping, data profiling, and data cleansing
- Exposure to HR / HCM data ideally with SAP HR or SuccessFactors cloud modules
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and negotiation
- Understanding of SQL for ETL, data wrangling, and data cleansing

Qualifications:
- Advantageous but not essential: Experience / detailed understanding of either SAP HR / SAP HCM Data OR SuccessFactors cloud HCM Data

This is one of the largest migrations of SAP HCM / HR legacy into SAP SuccessFactors HCM on cloud within southern hemisphere which is a 3 to 4 years program investment.
You will play a key position to engage with internal data owners and systems (legacy HR, AS400 and so on) as well as the vendor in order to map the newly created HR SuccessFactors environment back to the existing SAP HR legacy for the purpose of this migration.
You will then negotiate with various stakeholders in order to map the transformation of data onto SuccessFactors, Data Profiling, participate in definition and negotiations of data cleansing and ETL processes, data governance and security and assist with the migration onto SuccessFactors cloud.
This position will require a strong background across Data Source to Target Mapping as well as Data Profiling and advanced SQL coupled with understanding of HR modules / data either on SAP / SuccessFactors or similar systems.
