Junior Data Warehouse Analyst

Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Warehouse Analyst to assist in the management and optimization of our data warehouse systems.
The successful candidate will support cross-functional teams, contribute to data strategies in alignment with business objectives, and ensure seamless integration across various departments.

Skills

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business intelligence, data warehousing or a related role, with exposure to data warehouse implementations and maintenance.
Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of data warehouse technologies, database management systems, and programming languages such as SQL.
Microsoft SQL Server: Must have knowledge and some experience with Microsoft SQL Server for database management.
Microsoft Power BI: Must be proficient in using and managing Microsoft Power BI for developing and maintaining business intelligence reports.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze business processes and data sets to support data warehouse performance and continuous improvement.
Project Management Skills: Good organizational abilities, with some exposure to project management methodologies and tools.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying data warehouse concepts to non-technical stakeholders and facilitating support and training.
Problem-Solving Aptitude: Ability to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions during data warehouse deployment and maintenance.
Adaptability: Willingness to stay updated with advancements in data warehouse technologies and integrate them into business processes.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
Relevant certifications: (e.g., PMP, data warehousing certifications, BI certifications) are a plus.
Experience in Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Warehousing (DW): Essential for transforming raw data into meaningful information that supports decision-making and enhances business operations and outcomes.

Benefits

💼 The base salary range for this position is $68,000 to $85,000; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget.
