Database Developer (Contingent) - Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the exception processing & make modifications to handle microservices exceptions
  • Help design & review data structure to identify subject processors that have been migrated to microservices
  • Help design restful wrapper for subject processes by implementing tests & developing code
  • Refactor data access layer to use JPA (move data services to the Java persistence API (JPA))
  • Refactor data access layer code to use JPA (annotate & change CRUD patterns)

Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in Oracle 12c/19c Database environments
  • Strong SQL and data analysis skills
  • Experience in developing, refactoring PL/SQL code (Packages, Procedures & Triggers)
  • Familiar with backend database code testing & validation
  • Familiar with Oracle Forms & Oracle Reporting tools

Qualifications:

  • Clearance: MUST be fully adjudicated & maintain a secret security clearance or higher
  • Associate/bachelor's degree
  • Certifications: Security+ Certification required
