SQL Reporting Analyst - Temp to Hire

Responsibilities:

• Performing data conversions, interpreting, and coding complex contract terms
• Writing and running standard and ad-hoc reports
• Analyzing the results
• Normalization of large data sets into an existing data warehouse
• Analyzing and manipulating data within the data warehouse based on predefined guidelines
• Identifying trends in large datasets
• Reading and interpreting complex contract terms into specific tests and creating custom code to perform those tests
• Generating standard system reports
• Creating custom ad-hoc reports based on internal and external requests
• Responding to changing requirements and technical issues
• Customizing system features and functions to meet specific client requirements
• Following all corporate policies related to data protection and HIPAA
• Project managing timelines and projects
• Keeping track of project forecasts

Skills:

• Must meet U.S. Eligibility requirements for work authorization
• Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server 2019
• Strong SQL background
• Experience working with SSRS or similar reporting platform
• Strong organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Software
• Strong verbal and written interpersonal skills
