Salesforce Data Analyst

Responsibilities

  • A dynamic opportunity for a skilled Data Analyst to drive data architecture improvements, optimize reporting, and support business intelligence initiatives
  • This role centers on data analysis and threat detection within Salesforce, ensuring system performance, security, and efficient API usage
  • Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to develop and maintain operational reports in Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of log analytics infrastructure for enhanced data tracking
  • Define key event-capture metrics and create relevant reporting solutions
  • Design and maintain efficient queries to support data-driven decision-making
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis, manipulating data as needed to uncover insights
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data source issues with minimal supervision

Skills

  • Salesforce Sales Cloud expertise (2+ years required) - hands-on experience with configuring, reporting, and analyzing Salesforce data
  • Strong proficiency in T-SQL (3+ years) - including window functions, CTEs, views, and stored procedures
  • Experience managing data import/export workflows (3+ years)
  • Advanced Power BI / DAX skills (2+ years) for building impactful visualizations and analytics
  • Expert-level Excel knowledge, including Power Query for data transformation
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and communicate effectively
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
