Manager - Data Engineer
Responsibilities:

Skills:
- 6 years experience in Data and/or Software Engineering, with hands-on experience in either Python, Java or other backend technologies
- Advanced SQL and database skills
- Strong software development fundamentals including version control, unit testing as well as continuous integration and deployment practices.
- Strong grasp of Data fundamentals, preferably with experience with databases, data warehouses, data lakes or other storage solutions.
- Experience with Modern Data Platform technologies will be highly regarded
- Hands-on development experience in at least one of the major hyper scaler platforms - AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Databricks and Snowflake.
- Experience designing and developing cloud-native, event-driven micro-services is preferred
- Previous consulting or client-facing experience is highly regarded
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfort working in a flexible and dynamic environment.
- Technical certifications will be highly regarded.
