Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, enhancing, and administering ETL processes, ensuring seamless data integration across internal systems, and supporting various teams with reliable data solutions
- This role is integral to the development of data-centric tools and processes and will work closely with a small, remote team
- Design, create, and enhance ETL processes to support internal teams and business functions
- Administer and maintain the ETL ecosystem, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and performance
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand application business logic and deliver effective integration solutions
- Generate reports and queries from various databases to support data-driven decision-making or business processes
- Continuously improve and automate data workflows, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and reliability
- Work with APIs and integration tools to facilitate data exchange between systems
- Proactively identify and resolve issues in data pipelines, ensuring smooth operations
Skills
- 2+ years of experience working with relational databases and SQL
- 2+ years of experience with ETL tools (e.g., Talend, SSIS, Informatica, or similar)
- 2+ years of experience using Excel for data manipulation and reporting
- Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman) and working with APIs for integrations
- Familiarity with BI and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to apply smart, effective solutions to unique data challenges
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications
- Experience working in a remote team environment
- Familiarity with data governance and data quality best practices
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
