Database Consultant

Responsibilities:

**NDB enables managing and operating databases
Demonstrate comprehension and proficiency on Oracle Database technologies
Architect, design and develop software to support Oracle database provisioning and HA/DR solutions

Skills:

Experience of Oracle Enterprise Manager – preferably with Lifecycle Management Pack for Patching and provisioning
Proven experience of Oracle RAC and Data Guard in mission critical database environments
Knowledge of Oracle’s Maximum Availability Architecture standards and strategies
Perform development in programming: Python/ Java/C++ Experience with virtualization technologies
Experience working with/ Programming in Linux
Experience working with Storage Devices, Hypervisors ( ESX), Networking
Love of programming and rock-solid in one or more languages: Python, Java, C++ Experience with virtualization technologies
Experience working with OOP, using REST API calls
Understanding of cloud solutions architecture
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required
