Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join our team, focusing on maintaining and improving the quality of our Salesforce data.
  • In this role, you will be instrumental in executing our data quality and data governance strategies within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • You will also be involved in data migration initiatives from various third-party systems into Salesforce.
  • They will have hands-on experience working directly with Salesforce data, demonstrating a deep understanding of the Salesforce data model, data quality tools, and data governance principles.
  • Furthermore, they will have experience collaborating with Sales and Finance teams on major sales analytics and quote to cash transformation initiatives, showcasing their ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, etc.) to understand their data needs and ensure data alignment.
  • Participate in data migration projects from third-party systems to Salesforce, ensuring data integrity throughout the process.
  • Implement and monitor data quality standards within Salesforce.
  • Execute data governance policies and procedures related to Salesforce data.
  • Perform data cleansing, validation, and enrichment activities to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyse Salesforce data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to data quality rules, data governance policies, and data migration procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of dashboards and reports to monitor data quality metrics.
