Sr Data Analyst, Salesforce

Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join our team, focusing on maintaining and improving the quality of our Salesforce data.
In this role, you will be instrumental in executing our data quality and data governance strategies within the Salesforce ecosystem.
You will also be involved in data migration initiatives from various third-party systems into Salesforce.
They will have hands-on experience working directly with Salesforce data, demonstrating a deep understanding of the Salesforce data model, data quality tools, and data governance principles.
Furthermore, they will have experience collaborating with Sales and Finance teams on major sales analytics and quote to cash transformation initiatives, showcasing their ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, etc.) to understand their data needs and ensure data alignment.
Participate in data migration projects from third-party systems to Salesforce, ensuring data integrity throughout the process.
Implement and monitor data quality standards within Salesforce.
Execute data governance policies and procedures related to Salesforce data.
Perform data cleansing, validation, and enrichment activities to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Analyse Salesforce data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain documentation related to data quality rules, data governance policies, and data migration procedures.
Contribute to the development of dashboards and reports to monitor data quality metrics.
