Data and Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data & Operations Analyst to support data management, compliance, and product operations
• This role involves coordinating applications for new data sets and APIs, maintaining compliance for existing API sources, and assisting the product team on feature releases and user research
• Work with brokerages and Multiple Listing Services to gain programmatic access to real estate data across the United States
• Monitor and manage compliance requirements related to data usage, privacy, and regulations
• Develop systems and processes to maintain detailed records and track statuses for various projects and compliance activities
• Support the broader operations team on projects and tasks to ensure timely delivery of new features and data sets
• Support QA and feature testing for new software features

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 2+ years of administrative or operational support experience, preferably within a technology startup or data-centric environment
• Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency with standard office software (Excel, Google Workspace, project management tools, etc.)
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in data compliance, regulatory processes, or similar administrative roles is highly beneficial
