Business Intelligence and Compliance Analyst
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence and Compliance Analyst to join our team. As a Business Intelligence and Compliance Analyst, you will play a key role in gathering, analyzing, and understanding business needs, as well as leading reporting/analytics improvement projects related to Workday data. You will communicate with users, examine business processes and requests, and develop detailed requirements for the creation of dashboards/data visualizations, reports, and report enhancements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Workday dashboards and discovery boards to provide insights to the business and facilitate data-influenced decisions
- Develop automated solutions for manual processes in HCM/FIN reporting
- Partner with HR's Compliance team to gather, clean, and format data needed for annual submissions to state and federal governing bodies
- Facilitate requirements by organizing gathering sessions and other related events
- Analyze and solve problems, and present information and ideas clearly and understandably to others
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in business or a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, MIS or related field
- Master's Degree in industrial/organization psychology preferred
- 1 year or more of experience in business reporting or consulting
- 1 year or more of experience in data visualization preferred
- Intermediate skills in data visualization tools/configuration, Workday report and Prism dataset configuration, and Ryder business knowledge/practices/processes
