Integration Analyst — SAP CPI & EDI

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end iFlows in SAP Cloud Integration Suite for Salesforce ↔ SAP ↔ Trading-Partner traffic.
• Create trading-partner profiles, AS2/SFTP channels, and EDI agreements for X12 180, 856, 810, etc.
• Use Integration Advisor or B2B add-on to map IDoc segments to EDI messages; develop Groovy scripts for custom logic.
• Implement real-time REST/SOAP APIs and error-handling, logging, 997 acknowledgements and re-processing flows.
• Perform end-to-end testing with SAP, Salesforce and external partners; tune performance and security (TLS, certificates, encryption).
• Document interface landscape and hand over run-book to support teams.

Qualifications

• Require 8+ yrs enterprise integration, 3+ yrs SAP CPI/B2B, deep EDI/X12 or EDIFACT expertise, and prior RMA or OTC experience.
