Sr Analyst, Finance Business Intelligence

Responsibilities

Design and maintain reports using Oracle EPM tools (Narrative Reporting, FCCS, Freeform, Smart View)
Prepare monthly financial and performance reports for leadership teams
Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to support business decisions
Build and optimize dashboards, calculations, hierarchies, and reports in the Oracle EPM Cloud environment
Support budgeting, forecasting, and close processes with accurate reporting and analysis
Collaborate with finance, data, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and data security practices
Train and support finance users on Oracle EPM and reporting tools

5+ years of experience in Financial Reporting or Essbase
Strong background with Oracle EPM Cloud tools (especially Narrative Reporting, Freeform, FCCS, Smart View)
Advanced experience with Oracle Hyperion/Essbase and financial reporting
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial planning cycles

💼 5+ years of experience in Financial Reporting or Essbase
💼 Strong background with Oracle EPM Cloud tools (especially Narrative Reporting, Freeform, FCCS, Smart View)
💼 Advanced experience with Oracle Hyperion/Essbase and financial reporting
