Senior Product Business Intelligence Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Works with teams to collect requirements and define reporting standards in order to create robust and timely product KPI and utilization dashboards in an agreed-upon format
- Provides ad-hoc support on data collection, analysis and reporting
- Investigates and designs improved solutions for current data models and mappings
- Works with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to bring together key data sources to further enhance BI infrastructure

- Ability to see the big picture and continue redefining the critical question(s) at hand utilizing a data-driven analytical approach
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical colleagues to aid decision-making supported by the ability to communicate written and verbally in clear language
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with colleagues across the organization to achieve shared outcomes
- Bias towards action, operating with a high degree of autonomy and ownership
- Creativity and persistence when faced with challenges, designing, and redesigning solutions in order to achieve key goals
- Ability to create and execute on specs for reports and analysis based on business needs (e.g., regular KPI reporting) and required or available data elements
- Ability to participate in the technical implementation of new data analysis and visualization tools, establishing new processes and automation as well as improving existing processes
