Data Warehouse & Data Integration Technical Leader - ETL, SQL

Responsibilities

• We're seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to drive the modernization of our data warehouse and integration platforms
• This is a high-impact role for a seasoned data engineer who thrives on building scalable systems, leading global teams, and delivering business-critical insights
• Lead & Deliver: Guide a distributed team in building and maintaining ETL pipelines, data workflows, and warehouse solutions using tools like SSIS, ADF, Python, and Fabric
• Modernize: Transition legacy systems to a modern, cloud-first stack (Azure, Redshift, Power BI)
• Own Execution: Manage agile delivery cycles, remove blockers, and ensure high-quality, on-time releases
• Ensure Quality: Champion clean architecture, data validation, and observability frameworks
• Collaborate: Partner with cross-functional teams to align data solutions with business goals

Skills

• Minimum 6++ years in data engineering, with 3+ in a technical leadership role
• Deep expertise in ETL tools (SSIS, ADF, etc.), SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
• Strong experience with Power BI, Redshift, and on-prem SQL Server
• Proven track record in agile delivery and stakeholder communication
• Passion for clean architecture, data quality, and innovation
