Patient Data Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• This is a client-facing, operational position focused on managing patient data and supporting integrations to enable CareHarmony’s healthcare programs
• You’ll work closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and development teams to ensure smooth data workflows and successful EHR integrations
• Collaborate with clients to extract patient data for CareHarmony programs
• Transform and prepare patient data for database ingestion, either independently or in coordination with internal teams
• Finalize and deliver patient data to internal stakeholders for operational use
• Manage all aspects of patient data processing, including tracking, quality assurance, and reporting
• Support operational planning through accurate forecasting and data analysis
• Coordinate EHR integration projects, working with development teams to scope, test, and deploy new integrations
• Support monthly revenue cycle operations through error resolution and collaboration with clients
• Manage miscellaneous data migration projects
• Develop improved forecasting models and analytics for patient data processes
• Create and maintain standard integration documentation and processes to ensure transparency and streamline future implementations
• Support provider roster management processes to minimize operational and revenue cycle disruptions

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
