Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, and developers to understand requirements and translate them into intuitive BI reporting visuals.
Design and implement user-friendly dashboards and reports that align with UX best practices and accessibility standards.
Optimize layout, navigation, and interactivity of BI tools to enhance user engagement and data comprehension.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to continuously improve reporting interfaces.
Ensure consistency in design elements, branding, and user experience across all BI platforms.
Work closely with data engineers to ensure data accuracy, performance, and scalability of reporting solutions.
Stay current with UX trends, BI technologies, and data visualization techniques including the use of AI forward technologies.

Skills:

5+ years of enterprise level hands-on experience in UX design and development of BI data analytics
In-depth expertise of Data Protection, Privacy and Security
BS in a relevant filed such as UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science
Experience with D3.js, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or TypeScript required, to build custom Power BI visuals and embedded dashboards
Expertise with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)

The base pay range for this position in CA is $127,000.00 - $145,500.00, CT $114,800.00- $131,300.00, New York City - $114,800.00- $131,300.00, USA $100,100.00 - $113,600.00
