Your role will consist of using data to ensure our free platform delivers the same results as expensive career coaching for everyone. Every analysis you conduct, every insight you uncover, and every optimization you recommend will directly contribute to someone landing their dream job, advancing their career, or discovering new professional opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Drive product decisions through deep analysis of user engagement and career outcome data
- Uncover insights that help job seekers navigate their career journeys more effectively
- Build compelling data stories that inform strategy and showcase our platform’s real-world impact
- Create dynamic dashboards that track key metrics and identify optimization opportunities
- Analyze job market trends to keep our career guidance relevant and actionable
- Collaborate with our agile team to turn data discoveries into user experience improvements
- Measure metrics that reflect genuine career advancement

Technical Skills

- Ability to work with databases and perform data manipulation
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks (preferred)
