VP, Data Integration Lead Analyst

Responsibilities

In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving the integration of data across our organization to enable efficient and effective decision-making
Develop and implement a data integration strategy for the organization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data integration needs and opportunities
Lead the design and implementation of data integration processes and systems
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of integrated data
Identify and address any data quality issues
Monitor and report on data integration performance
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data integration
Train and mentor team members on data integration best practices
Serve as a subject matter expert on data integration for the organization
Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of data integration initiatives
Develop and maintain data integration documentation and standards
Manage and monitor data integration projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to improve data integration processes
Continuously assess and improve data integration processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Act as a leader and mentor within the organization, promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making
