Patient Data Operations Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to extract patient data for CareHarmony programs.
- Transform and prepare patient data for database ingestion, either independently or in coordination with internal teams.
- Finalize and deliver patient data to internal stakeholders for operational use.
- Manage all aspects of patient data processing, including tracking, quality assurance, and reporting.
- Support operational planning through accurate forecasting and data analysis.
- Coordinate EHR integration projects, working with development teams to scope, test, and deploy new integrations.
- Support monthly revenue cycle operations through error resolution and collaboration with clients.
- Manage miscellaneous data migration projects.
- Develop improved forecasting models and analytics for patient data processes.
- Create and maintain standard integration documentation and processes to ensure transparency and streamline future implementations.
- Support provider roster management processes to minimize operational and revenue cycle disruptions.

Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience working with healthcare data or EHR systems is a plus.
