Data Visualization Design, UX

Responsibilities

  • As a key member of our team, you will lead the design of complex, large-scale projects that drive business impact
  • Your primary focus will be on optimizing and consolidating global dashboards into more wholistic products, serving both leaders and staff, and enabling them to effectively manage insights, decisions and next-steps related to critical areas of business
  • You will be responsible for conducting UX research, creating low to high-fidelity designs, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver user-centered solutions
  • Lead the design of complex, large-scale projects, such as consolidating global dashboards into wholistic products
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure design solutions meet their needs
  • Conduct UX research to inform design decisions, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing
  • Conduct workshops and design iterations using Miro and Figma to facilitate collaboration and feedback
  • Create low to high-fidelity designs, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs
  • Develop data visualization designs that effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders
  • Create high-quality presentations in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office 360 to communicate design solutions to stakeholders
  • Contribute to design systems, standards, and best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in UX design

Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on complex, large-scale projects
  • Advanced skills in Figma, including expertise in designing and prototyping complex digital products
  • Experience with data visualization design and ability to communicate complex data insights effectively
  • Excellent facilitation and workshop leadership skills, with experience using Miro
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with ability to create high-quality presentations in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office 360
  • Experience with UX research methods, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing
  • Strong understanding of design systems, standards, and best practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to navigate complex design challenges
